Our Education & Empowerment Centre is about lifting aspirations and creating better futures for children and young people across Belfast.

Through free SEAG and GCSE tuition, our Lifting Aspirations programme and wider educational support, we are creating opportunities for young people to learn, grow and reach their potential. We want to make sure children and young people have access to additional support and opportunities, regardless of their background or circumstances.

But this is about much more than passing exams. Education can play a huge role in shaping how a young person sees themselves and their future. Our work is about building confidence, developing self-belief and encouraging young people to recognise their own abilities and what they are capable of achieving.

Through the support they receive at the centre, we want children and young people to feel comfortable learning, asking questions, trying new things and developing the confidence to take their next steps.

We want every young person who comes through our doors to leave believing more in themselves, their abilities and the opportunities ahead of them. Whether they are preparing for the transfer test, working towards their GCSEs or taking part in our wider programmes, our aim is to help them feel supported and ready for whatever comes next.

It is more than just exam preparation. It is about giving children and young people the support, confidence and self-belief to aim higher and see more possibilities for their future.
